Like many high school kids, my summer job was working as a laborer for one of my friends dad who was a local builder.  There I learned the meaning of a hard days work and the importance of being present and focused on the task at hand. After graduating Carmel high I was lucky enough to do summer work for my uncle who had been a hardwood flooring contractor for at least thirty years in Carmel. There I learned the trade.  College moved me to Northern California where I spent my summers commuting to San Francisco installing and finishing gymnasiums, private homes on Nobhill, and commercial projects like Macy’s in union square.  Since those early days I have graduated to owning my small family business focusing on customer service and building long term relationships with home owners, builders, designers, architects, and realtors.
